The state Elections Board is really starting to piss me off

November 7th, 2006

The state elections board in Wisconsin demanded that signs telling felons that they can’t vote be removed from all Milwaukee polling places.

They concede that it is illegal for felons on parole to vote, cialis canada stuff but they feel like the signs might be “intimidating.”

Intimidating to whom?

The felons? They SHOULD be intimidated. They shouldn’t be there in the first place!

Who the hell are these people on the Elections Board?

And how do I hold them accountable for being idiots?

UPDATE: The signs are apparently going back up and now the Elections Board says they had nothing to do with them coming down. Mmmmm, yeah.

Yeah…Belling spoke with Sue Edmonds (commissioner) who on the advice of the City Attorney is going through with putting the signs back up. With all that is going on in that office, I give her cudos for doing the right thing.

I think they should take down Speed Limit signs next. I feel intimidated out of driving.
