Consent? Grievous assault? Professional medical attention? The Law?

Stop me when I get close enough for you.

My guess is the baby doesn’t consent in either situation.

I would have a lot less of a problem if he was being charged with a crime against her. (Which I think would be a reasonable way to deal with this particular situation under our current laws.) But he’s not being charged with a crime against her. He’s being charged with murder against the fetus.

The hypocrisy and bullshit comes with charging him with murder when she could have “terminated the pregnancy” using exactly the same pill and it would have been just another day in America.

And saying “the law” is a copout. The law is a work of men. At a minimum, the law should be consistent.

I know you’re smart enough to understand that this situation not consistent. The problem is people know they can’t acknowledge that because then it calls into question what an abortion really is.

I’m sorry, but it can’t be a human when the mother wants it and a disposable bundle of cells when she doesn’t. It’s either human, or it isn’t.

Trying to have it both ways is the highest form of hypocrisy.

Outstanding comment…and one that the abortionists don’t want to hear. Hypocrisy indeed!

Didn’t you know? We have to protect all the innocent children from their fathers.
