Only in Wisconsin…

…would it be news that a retired COP got a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

I don’t like the high taxes, sildenafil there but the fact that Wisconsin is one of the only two states that don’t allow citizens to carry concealed weapons (DESPITE the fact that the Wisconsin constitution explicitly protects the right to bear arms) is the one thing I HATE about this state.

    Actually, Cap, I think you fall into the same category as Barack Obama…people I like personally and think are very intelligent, but just reach conclusions that puzzle the hell out of me. ;)
