One man’s grandma is another man’s special interest

May 10th, 2007

Listening to a news story about Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle‘s plan to replace Wisconsin’s SeniorCare prescription drug plan I heard him say something like “putting our seniors in front of special interests.”

I hate to break it to the Governor, viagra buy but seniors ARE a special interest. In fact, viagra sale considering Social Security and Medicare, viagra sale they are arguably the largest special interest group in the country.

If you don’t think seniors are a special interest, just ask a twenty- or thirty-something how they feel knowing they’re going to spend their entire working lives paying for their parents’ and grandparents’ retirements.
