If Prosser’s lead holds, is this race still a referendum on Walker’s Budget Repair Bill?

No, it’s a mandate for Prosser’s cooperation with the Walker administration.

Comparing last November’s election results with this election, it appears that trashing the Capitol did little to sway the electorate away from Walker.

Trashing the Capitol? Let me guess. $7.5 million, right?

I am sure there are people pissed than not. First, you have the liberals who are pissed because they saw that despite all their efforts, all their slander, all of the threats, their candidate was rejected by a little over half of the voters.
Of course, the vast majority of adults did not vote, so they couldn’t care less about the unions and their issues.
And I am sure there are many conservatives pissed at the Waukesha County Clerk who screwed up and gave the liberals an issue, albiet, a false issue that only tin foil hat wearers will believe.
So, I think most voters are pissed, but for different reasons and the majority of adults really couldn’t care less.
