Its a long time to 2008 lets get the GOP Governor and then who knows what can happen in two years.

Okay, now you’re just scaring me. Cause you may get the former, but I’m afraid it will be an icy day in an equatorial clime before you get the latter.

My point, Tee, is that my life is much more directly impacted by the Governor on a day-to-day basis than it is by the President.

But is it really Doyle, or is it the DPW (and the RPW’s failure to differentiate themselves by acting even slightly conservative)?

I think it’s more complex than the trade-off you’re looking at, although it would be nice to see the back of Governor “Veto” Doyle’s head getting smaller and smaller.

Our state congress mangled handling the automatic gas tax hike without any help from Doyle.
