On July 26, click he received this form email from Senator Sullivan:

My friend has yet to receive a substantive response from either of his representatives.
It’s nice to know that, in Wisconsin, ignoring constituents is a bipartisan activity.

I gave up one trying to email Rep. Sensenbrenner. I think he only responds to correspondence delivered by pony.

I have always received quick replies from my Rep., Rich Zipperer. About 50% of the time, he follows up with a phone call. My state Sen., Kanavas, is always very timely with his replies as well.
I have always received fairly quick replies from Sensenbrenner, too.
