Scratched my back: Boots and Kittens

November 28th, 2008

Earlier, sildenafil ask I blogged about Boots & Sabers, one of the best Conservative blogs in Wisconsin, and now I have the pleasure to introduce you to Boots and Kittens , the best parody of the one of the best Conservative blogs in Wisconsin.

Boots and Kittens is hilarious.

They start with actual posts from Boots & Sabers and add a sarcastic liberal twist.

What I want to know is how do I inspire someone to create a parody site about From Where I Sit?

Actually, now that I think about it, I don’t think anyone really needs to read a site called From Where I Shit.

(Pardon the scatological reference, but what else rhymes with “sit?” ;) )

By the way, I couldn’t find an RSS feed for this site. If the authors want me to read it on a regular bases, that’s something that has to be rectified.

Thank you for the log-roll! It’s not a real blog, so it doesn’t have a real RSS feed. That makes it more exclusive and keeps out the lazy folk. You have to want to go there. But I wouldn’t say it has a liberal bent. Follow the logic: I’d say it has a “make fun of Boots and Sabers” bent. You don’t really want to become ridiculously parody-able, do you?

I also made texasholdemblogger.com, the second-best parody of a notorious conservative blog in Wisconsin. However, that blog has changed name and location to The Underground Conservative, which is either completely the same or completely different from The Underground Conservative or The Underground Conservative, depending on how you look at it.

I am also happy to report that I have graciously accepted the private apology of the author of the The Underground Conservative for suggesting that I would be eager to have sex with a horse. I pointed out that I knew it was a joke because I used to raise sheep, not horses. He has also un-banned me from his blog. I promised to be an asset, not a detriment. I remain banned from the ranch called Boots and Sabers, though.
