Why Wiki is Wacky
December 5th, 2005
I didn’t need to read this article on Wikipedia’s recent factual failings to know that ‚Äì when it comes to knowledge you can count on ‚Äì Wiki is not where it’s at.
I’d just like to point out that the very word “authoritative” implies the necessary participation of someone who is actually an authority.

Excellent link to another Wikipedia article. The irony was I had linked to that website for a definition of Mestizo awhile back. I won’t use it unless it is for basic, generally accepted information. I had just read in one of the newspapers I read online that the founder of Wikipedia is in hot water for removing credit from other contributors or something like that. Will have to search for it.
