I’ve been trying not to say anything about…

…the elementary school students being taught to sing praises of President Obama, generic cialis prescription but it’s just creepy.

Cut it out.

I find it somewhat ironic that the songs being taught were modified Christian songs where “Jesus” was replaced with Obama.

So on the one hand, you have people reinforcing the idea that Obama really is some sort of Jesus type figure…

And you also have a group that generally opposes religion in the classroom using it for their own purposes.

Either way… creepy is just the first feeling I get.

Creepy like using tax dollars to give vouchers to let people send their kids to religious schools creepy, or just prayer-in-schools creepy?

First place I heard about this was a fundraising appeal in my email this morning from the Republican National Committee. Gee, I wonder if there’s some political/financial motivation in spreading the idea that Obama’s behind this sort of indoctrination. Or maybe ACORN did it.

Can you imagine the outrage if it was mentioned in school that G. W. Bush was a good president? The Left wing nuts would go bat-sh*t crazy, but it’s OK to teach little kids to bow down and idolize a creepy mental idiot who was bought the presidency by his criminal friends at ACORN.
    Sad to the very core!

What I find creepy is John’s response. I felt dirty reading that.

Madalyn, can you imagine the outrage at the outrage? I can, because that’s what we had for eight years. Questioning the President in a time of war was more than frowned upon. Remember that? If you raised criticism, you were asked if you loved the terrorists.

Is there any evidence that this “Sing the Praises of Chairman Obama” was directed or sanctioned? It looks like an isolated incident. Good for them for catching it.
