What if Iraq was really South Africa?

IRAQ: Until recently run by a minority of the population at the expense of the majority.

SOUTH AFRICA: Until recently run by a minority of the population at the expense of the majority.

QUESTION: If the whites had resorted to terrorism after Apartheid collapsed…would liberal America have been so quick to declare South Africa a lost cause?

JS Online: Editorial: An unnecessary amendment

In the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s editorial entitled An unnecessary amendment , tadalafil recipe they came out against the possibility of a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in Wisconsin.

They even quoted Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager’s statement that “Wisconsin law already clearly defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman.”

Now, hospital let me point out that I’m not in favor of the amendment.

However, the Journal Sentinel editorial board get’s a special Golden Rule Breaker citation for hypocrisy. They KNOW that the Wisconsin state supreme court could easily (and probably eventually will) declare that law unconstitutional.

It’s one thing to be against the proposed amendment.

It’s another thing to mislead people into thinking they don’t NEED the amendment because it’s already the law.

Putting the seat down.

The true danger of hypocrisy is how seductive it can be.

Before I lost the use of my legs, discount cialis viagra I thought it was completely unfair that women would insist that men should put the toilet seat down.

After all, if the seat happens to be up when a woman wants to use it, she can just put it down, go about her business and walk away.

On the other hand, if the seat is always down when a man wants to urinate standing up he has to put it up AND then down again.

He does TWICE the work all the time so that a woman can do none of the work any of the time.

But since I will never again pee standing up…I’m starting to see it from a women’s point of view.

I mean, how hard is it to put the damn seat down?

The facts haven’t changed, but now that I’m on the other side I’m considering revising my opinion in my own self interest.

Seductive isn’t it?

First Amendment is last thing on some liberals’ minds

Read the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel story JS Online: Old moniker, viagra sales buy cialis fresh battle and then answer three questions:

1.) Since when was this acceptable behavior?

2.) Aren’t liberals supposed to be the defenders of the First Amendment?

3.) And is this really that big a deal?

Golden Rule Breakers

I’m not a Democrat. I’m not a Republican. I’m an agnostic: both politically and religiously. I only mention it because the closest thing I have to a political or religious philosophy is a rock-solid belief in The Golden Rule.

If there is a God, tadalafil look I have a fervant hope that there is a reason both Hell and Hypocrite both begin with an “H.”

All of which leads to my establishing a Golden Rule Breakers category here on From Where I Sit.

My suspicion is it will soon be the category with the most entries.
