Wisconsin’s Governor Scott Walker is a first-tier candidate for President?

I don’t think the University of Virginia Center for Politics is crazy for ranking Scott Walker as a top-tier Republican candidate for President in 2016.

After all, Governor Walker would make a phenomenal chief executive.

But, as I’ve said before, I think Walker is probably too bland for America’s celebrity-style national politics.
