When did we stop living under a government of laws?
June 15th, 2012
President Obama is apparently enacting parts of the failed Dream Act on his own initiative. Unlike many conservative-type people, I’m actually in favor of the Dream Act…what I’m against is President Obama acting like he’s King Obama:
- Obama decides to stop enforcing immigration law.
- Obama waives healthcare law for favored groups. (Whatever happened to equal protection?)
- Obama wages war in Libya without Congressional approval.
- Obama orders the killing of U.S. citizens.
If you thought George W. Bush was a dictator because of warrantless wiretapping & Guantanamo, why aren’t you screaming about Barack Obama continuing almost all the “evils” of the Bush administration PLUS doing all of the above?

Now ask yourself this…
If George W. Bush had done these things… would Republicans have complained?
Politics is no longer about which group has a better *theory of government* because neither one has a theory of government. Its simply tribalism… or some stupid version of a sports game.

Depends on where you’re looking, Elliot. Are you saying that you’ve searched places where those non-you “youse” would be discussing those criticisms of Obama, and you didn’t find them?
