Milwaukee leads the nation in high rates for both of them!

    Actually Elliott given the week that Jay had with his dad being in ICU and him getting stuck in DAYTON of all places, I say we give him a pass. But just this once.

    We certainly don’t want this humor thing becoming a habit with Jay!
