December 13th, 2007

The tow truck driver who tried to tow a cop car while the officer was dealing with a domestic disturbance was charged with four crimes: unlawful use of a vehicle, buy viagra look obstructing governmental administration, illness interfering with a peace officer and criminal mischief.

FOUR CRIMES!

And should “obstructing governmental administration” even be a crime in a country that started with a revolution against too much governmental administration in the first place?
