Teen birth rate falls to 28-year low:

Births among 15- to 17-year-old girls in Milwaukee have dropped to their lowest level in 28 years, cialis usa sale according to data released Wednesday by public health officials.

On the other hand, this story is about birth rates, not pregnancy rates:

But there’s no evident that it isn’t either:

But, overall, it looks like pretty good news.
