    Two questions:

    First, what was the average increase in 2008 over 2007? If it was anything not exactly equal to 8-10%, then neither you nor the article have given any proof that it was at all related to the health care bill.

    And second, why exactly would anybody care that it went up by a whopping grand total of 1-3% more as opposed to everybody being pissed that it’s expected to go up 8% to 10% every year?

    Debunked, you don’t get it. Obama is simultaneously ineffectual and immensely powerful. If change doesn’t appear immediately when his proposals are made known, he is charged with secretly desiring socialism as well as breaking his promise.
