Texas – the lone growth state?

March 27th, 2008

This A.P. writer wants you to think people are moving to Texas, viagra generic levitra because of their “cheap” housing.

I wonder if the fact that Texas has no state income tax and valaues the right to keep and bear arms aren’t factors as well.

I’m betting that they move there for the crumbling schools, the privatized tollroads and the lack of any sort of public health and safety regs. If WMC has their way Wisconsin can have all of that within a generation, too .

Did you see the realtor’s buses on the news Tuesday morning dragging buyers to the foreclosure forests around Plano and Lewisville?

OOoooo! Cheap houses in Lewisville and Plano! I would love one of those places for a second home. Or a primary home, in order to get the tax break.

There are some great benefits to living in Texas. If the summers weren’t so unbearable and my parents didn’t live in WI, we would move back there in a heartbeat. Especially when it comes time to send the kids to college.

Don’t forget the fire ants, Wendy. And men in jodhpurs, judging by the pictures I see.
