Tell me this doesn’t look like Detroit in the 70s.

I was so proud to open Time Magazine last night and find a six-page spread about how Milwaukee is leading America’s latest explosion in violent crime. (But remember, sildenafil viagra this isn’t a crisis.)

It even came complete with a black and white photo essay which I swear is made up of old snapshots of 1970s Detroit before it became a ghost town.

Why isn’t this the leading story in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel every day?

Why isn’t the Mayor on TV and radio talking about it every day?

Where are the commisions, cialis sales diagnosis the task forces, buy cialis and the think tanks?

We have got to fix Milwaukee. We have to dislodge the educational establishment and create real reforms in the Milwaukee Public Schools. We have to stop paroling felons who reward us by shooting someone within months of their release. We have to enforce the truancy laws. We have to stop tolerating the violence and making excuses for the wrong doers.

I love my city and I don’t want to leave it.

Help me fix it. I’m open to suggestions.
