Sounds like a plan

For once, viagra ailment the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel board actually makes sense. They had this to say about a new plan to try and reduce crime in the inner city:

“This plan channels the moral outrage the community feels toward the crime problem at the young men creating the problem. Though they cause havoc and heartbreak and put whole neighborhoods in fear, search the true troublemakers are few in number. The strategy entails surveillance of a gang or a crime crew. The police peel away the violent, rx hard-core members through arrests. Then authorities meet with the remaining members and their relatives and give them a choice: prison or a change of direction. The process includes a cathartic meeting in which members of the community confront the young troublemakers, who often secretly want a way out of their violent subculture. Men who vow to reform will get such services as job training and education, as well as jobs.”

It’s definitely worth a shot. Who knows, it might even result in fewer shots in Milwaukee’s inner city.
