Sometimes I get tired of not fitting in

I live my life as a contradiction.

I’m a pro-life agnostic.

I like sappy music and violent movies.

I listen to NPR constantly (but spend most of my time yelling at the radio).

I tend to vote conservative and buy Apple computers. (Which is less weird than it used to be.)

Sometimes, cialis usa thumb I just wish I fit all the characteristics of a stereotype…any stereotype.

I’m sure it’s very nice to have a few beers at the ballpark Saturday night, go to Church Sunday morning, and listen to Charlie Sykes on Monday morning.

Just as I’m sure it’s wonderful to drink some wine at a gallery opening Friday night, listen to All Things Considered on Saturday morning, and go to an Obama rally on Sunday.

It must be comforting (and comfortable) to be surrounded by a community of people who believe all the same things you do.

I know I’m too much of a contrarian to ever have much in common with anyone else.

But, sometimes I wish things were different. Or, at least, that I was.
