So what’s more immoral?

June 22nd, 2012

A little drinking and dancing:

The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, saying that Afghans and foreigners drank alcohol there and that there was prostitution and dancing. “These acts are illegal and strictly prohibited in Islam,” said Zabiullah Mujahid, a Taliban spokesman. “Women dancers were sexually misused there.”

Or the cold-blooded murder of 20 people to punish all that drinking and dancing?

I’ve never understood those actions… not just from the comparable immorality standpoint. Christians often times do the same thing, attempting to punish morality.

And yet, it shows an inherit lack of faith in God. They are actually putting themselves in the role of God, and judging and offering punishment. Why would you do that if you had faith in God doing right?
