Since when is the election a “trial” run?

This reporter thinks it’s funny that Governor Palin is not going to Washington with Senator McCain to help hash out the financial bailout bill.

But she has no role there.

She’s a Goverornor

Obama, best viagra rx Biden, best cialis and McCain belong in Washington because they are 6% of the U.S. Senate’s total population.

They should have a role in handling a crisis of this magnitude.

But I’m starting to find this “let’s watch them handle a hurricane,” “let’s watch them handle the financial crisis,” “let’s see them handle the Russians invading Georgia” shtick just plain weird.

I can’t remember another election were the participants were supposed to act as if they were the President and Vice President while they were running for office.

(Hell, sometimes they haven’t even acted like they were the President and Vice President when they actually were.)

    Why did McCain have to suspend his campaign (even though he really didn’t)? Isn’t his pick to be second in command competent enough to run a campaign? Or is he just sexist?

    Three people equals 6% of the Senate population? Huh? Looks like voting Republican has already put a damper on your math and sciences education! ;)

    Ugh. You have to remember, I’ve been on a LOT of drugs. (Felt sort of like Rush Limbaugh there for a while.)

    So you’re right.

    When I wrote this, I thought. OK, there are 50 states.

    There are three senators.

    So multiply the states times two and you get 100. Three times two equals 6. 6%!

    Completely forgetting that each State already has two senators.

    So, now that I’m not quite as high as I’ve been, let’s back that down to 3%.

    (But remember, that 3% apparently contains the most liberal and most evil Senators on the planet. So that’s got to count for something.)

    Yeah, I actually figured it was the drugs. Codine and Morphine are good stuff.
