    I could be wrong but I do not believe he can be an Alderman with that felony on his record.

    Fred is right; he would need a pardon to get that off his record. Of course, if the conventional wisdom is right, he’ll likely be walking by February 2009.

    Yeah, they would need a change in the law or a pardon. I suspect he will be more like Milwaukee’s own Louis Farrakhan or Jessie Jackson.

    You silly people. The Democrats will be running things statewide and nationwide for the next four years. They’ll change the law by then. ;)
