One out of four people say they’ve seen a ghost

And I’m one of those ones.

Now, viagra canada check I’m not saying I believe in ghosts.

I’m just saying I saw one.

I was a junior in college and shacking up with a cutie in her apartment. The old Victorian she lived in had originally been a single home and had since been divided into a number of rentals.

It started with me feeling like someone was watching me whenever I was alone in the apartment.

Then, we started hearing noises late at night. It sounded like someone was walking around in the space above our rooms. It got so bad that we finally called the cops, but when they came they couldn’t find anyone on the roof or in the attic.

For weeks I would find myself unexpectedly awake at around 3:00 in the morning. The girl would be asleep, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that someone had been moving around the room.

Then, one of those times when I was startled from my sleep, I saw a little boy of about nine or 10 years glaring at me from the corner of the room. It wasn’t so much that he was white like a ghost, he was more the color of a negative…grey-white against the black darkness.

He was dressed in Victorian-era clothes. His fists were held tightly down by the sides of his legs. His head was slightly bowed and he glowered up at me from beneath his clenched brow.

I think I screamed.

I know I burrowed my head so hard into my girlfriend’s back that I woke her. I looked back into the corner and the apparition was gone.

The next day, in desperation, I called my mother who I knew had had similar experiences. I asked her what I should do. She advised me to leave a bible open in the room where the child had appeared.

I did.

And the strange occurrences stopped.

What I find oddest about all this, is that even though I experienced all those events myself and they are still vivid in my mind many years later…I still don’t believe in ghosts.

How about you?
