Never send an anesthesiologist to do an abortionist’s job

February 22nd, 2006

A couple of anesthesiologists refused to participate in a California execution because of ethical concerns.

Maybe they should have just asked an abortionist to do the job.

I can’t imagine an abortionist could justify an ethical objection to ending the life of a guilty person…

…they certainly don’t seem to have a problem ending the life of an innocent one.

Indeed, wouldn’t they be subject to disciplinary measures, or at the least, massive condemnation in the press, if they declined to perform their work for abortions?

They could always fire thier gas chamber back up if dying by going to sleep is too tough for them.
