They both did well.
But, cialis usa see it was much more important for Sarah Palin. And so it was a much bigger win for her.

Problem with this debate is that Palin was all talking points, no substance. I’ll admit she did well. But she did well only to the extent that she didn’t screw up as many people expected. She really did sound like a third grade teacher talking to a group of eight-year olds.
When Biden drew from multitudes of examples, Palin merely had the same generic responses rehashed, over and over. Biden had well reasoned arguments and statements. Palin had memorized sound bites – she just managed to make them sound good because she does have an appealing personality. I do wish she had actually answered questions, however.
I’m going to call it a draw, but at the same time in a traditional debate (meaning argument) sense Biden kicked her ass. As far as the general American public goes, though, doubtful there was much sway. Intelligent viewers would see what I saw, but likely stick to their preconceptions either way. Less intelligent viewers (i.e. the vast majority of the population) will not have heard much difference.

I would like to see how well she would have held up without her note cards.

Does that mean that Gilligan could have done well if he didn’t tip the lectern over?
How low are you willing to set your expectations?
Just askin’?

I don’t know about Gilligan, but Maynard G. Krebs would have kicked ass!

It’s a pointedly sad example illustrating the current state of the society we live in, Grumps, when not shooting yourself in the foot equates to the public opinion that you are competent.
And that is exactly what Palin managed to pull off last night.
