Mostly when I think of 9/11…

…it’s not the towers, cialis stuff I see in my mind.

Or the planes.

Or the smoke and the rubble.

It’s blue sky.

Empty blue sky without a single contrail.

Something I’d never seen before.

And something I hope I’ll never see again.

    I had a moment much like that, but for me it was the evening of 9/11. I had to get some air, so I stood outside and looked to the sky… It was so eerily quiet, no traffic noises, no people outside, and what struck me was nothing in the sky. I wondered how long it had been since there were no planes over America… Sure, a few military air craft were over some parts of the nation, but it was so damn quiet and empty… The thought of that moment still gets to me.
