Me thinks they dost protest too much

According to this news story:

“Demonstrators demanding a path to citizenship for an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants hope that nationwide marches on Tuesday will spur Congress to act before the looming presidential primaries take over the political landscape.”

There’s already a “path to citizenship.” These people just chose not to take it.

    And there are quite a few who wouldn’t be accepted; I understand that quite a few Mexican criminals come north to escape the law, in the same way that some American criminals cross the border to escape justice.
