Well, obviously this video was not shot this year as they have had no snow this year in the Tahoo area(or in Nevada/Sierra Nevada).
We have had more snow up int hemountains in Las vegas this seasn than the Tahoo/Reno area.
Of course, last year they had over 10 feet of snow. In one snowfall, in a couple of areas.
