…when he says:

We’re also getting rid of absurd and unnecessary paperwork requirements that waste time and money.

If he hadn’t just created one of the government’s most obscenely unnecessary paperwork requirements:

The new health law requires businesses to file a 1099 form to the IRS for each corporate supplier and service provider whom they pay more than $600 a year. The concern is that this would include filing a 1099 for Apple if your business buys a mildly souped-up iPad.

    You are referring to the same President who claimed we could completely fund Obamacare through the “elimination of waste, fraud and abuse of Medicare” yet has done nothing to make that a reality.
