I’m not shocked…
…that Wisconsin Electric wants a 7% electric rate increase because their revenues are down.
Just like I’m not surprised that the state of Wisconsin is raising taxes and fees in a recession for the same reason.
What would truly shock me is if the rates declined or the taxes went down AFTER the recession is over.
