If I were a terrorist…

July 14th, 2006

…I’d love it if someone would do me the favor of listing everything worth* blowing up in the United States.

*Even if the list included a bunch of stuff not worth blowing up.

I wonder if this wasn’t done on purpose. Many people think that we can’t fight the WoT because the task is simply too large… so we should do nothing instead.

Perhaps the DHS is doing the same thing to the terrorists… making the task of destroying all our precious landmarks seem so immense that its an impossible task.

I loved the Malkin-organized New York Times protest (see this post here, for example) which included somebody with his quaint home-made tagboard sign:

Times, why don’t you publish a NYC subway system map for Al-Qaida?

Because, you know, they don’t have those maps all over town and on the internet. Smart readers, Malkin has.

And I can never figure out what the hell those maps mean.

Maybe that’s why I despise public transportation?
