…why did he make Noah build an Ark?

    After the flood, Noah and God got together and did an engineering review of what happened with a “lessons learned” document. This was one of the lessons that came out.

    Besides, without the Ark we never would have had great comedy rotines like this:

    Because God knew Bush and Cheney were going to blow up the levies and flood Noah’s poor section of town.

    Because, the HR department of heaven sent a request to Talent Management, asking them to create unique Development Plans for both leaders.
