I went to the movies tonight…

July 21st, 2006

…and saw three commercials for new TV shows.

I think I liked it better when TV showed commercials for movies…not the other way around.

Larry Reeb says, It’s a sick world and I’m a happy guy.”

The expectation in the 50’s was that movies would lose their entire audience to TV. Now TV is sweating microcasting over the Internet. By the time my granddaughter grows up she’ll probably get media directly piped into her cortex.

I’d actually sign up for Cortex Casting.

It’s my firm believe that one day we will all have cell-phone devices that transmit our “thoughts” directly without the need for us to speak. In the future, telepathy won’t be a questionable phenomena…it’ll be a phone company.
