Did you feel that way about the Owen – Ingrid blog debate?

    I’m still a “no,” too.

    Why?

1.) I don’t like the disingenuousness of the anti-amendment crowd saying we don’t need an amendment, because gay marriage is already against the law. If that law hadn’t been endangered by gay marriage advocates tyring to legislate through the courts the amendment never would have been proposed in the first place.

2.) The assertion that anyone who is for the amendment is a narrowminded, gay-hating biggot.

3.) The smug self-righteousness I hear from the anti-amendment advocates every time I turn on WPR.

Have you read the debate between Cal and Todd on my blog? It’s extremely interesting. Cal makes some valid points for, and Todd… well he gave it his best, but Cal had an answer for every question brough up. It’s quiten enlightening.
