I love Apple Computer

…but I hate whomever decided to accuse NYC of a copyright violation because their new “green” logo is too close to the Apple logo:

    They didn’t sue. Its kind of a misnomer. Any time someone files for a trademark application, there is a public comment period where anyone who feels that the logo violates their own trademark can file an opposition letter. The original filer then has a certain number of days to respond. Thats all that has happened here.
