Hey! Teacher! Leave those kids behind!
Not a single state is going to meet the 2006 No Child Left Behind deadline for having all teachers of core classes be “highly qualified.”
Which means plenty of kids will keep being “left behind, buy viagra nurse ” because their teachers are not qualified to teach their own subjects.
Where’s the outrage?
