Supreme irony?

April 27th, 2010

Apparently, viagra view President Obama is making diversity a top priority in choosing his next Supreme Court nominee.

I’m betting Obama’s next nominee will be black. After all, cheap there aren’t any on the court at the moment.

I’m thinking a one-armed midget of some kind of ethnic lineage.

    Quadrapalegic lesbian dwarf?

Hah! Commenters! What could be more funny than someone who’s not a white guy? Not a man, not white, not European descent, not straight, not tall – hilariously outlandish to suggest!

    P.S. It’s spelled ‘quadriplegic’.

And John, obama is quite the funny person when he lies to us about diversity. It is also quite funny when liberals try to lecture people about hate and diversity when in fact most are full of hate and bigotry.

Most people are full of hate and bigotry? You mean, like thinking that a quadriplegic lesbian dwarf is, de facto, hilarious? Or are you thinking of something other than most people?

Yup, quote Newsweek. A truly non- partisan source. They are the same wave length of say, the Huffington Post or the NY Times.
As far as thinking a person with disabilities is funny, well, you have the wrong person as I work with students who are severely disabled and and I don’t find it funny.

Follow the logic, follow the links: The study was by the University of Washington Institute for the Study of Ethnicity, Race & Sexuality. Almost as funny as the quadriplegic lesbian dwarf, huh? Wait, let me channel your response:

I can smell the Birkenstocks from here. What do those leather-elbowed academics know about surveyin’? I’ve got more smarts in my little finger. I don’t need no survey quoted in Newsweek to tell me I’m not racist or sexist or homophobic. What’s not funny about a quadriplegic lesbian dwarf? Don’t you have a sense of humor? Don’t be so sensitive. It’s not indicative of what I really think. Some of my best friends are quadriplegic lesbian dwarves, if you know what I mean. There was even a one-armed midget at the last Tea Party down at the lakefront, and her skin tone wasn’t white!

How many grad students in the University of Washington Institute for the Study of Ethnicity, Race & Sexuality does it take to screw in a lightbulb? “That’s not funny.”

I love this thread. I don’t actually understand the argument, but I love it anyway. ;)
