Everyone gets something
July 24th, 2008
According to an article in USA Today, discount viagra malady the average time prisoners spend waiting on death row has nearly doubled from 12 years to 20.
And it strikes me that while nearly no one gets exactly what they want from such a long wait, viagra sale everyone gets a little something.
Prisoners get to live.
Lawyers get to appeal.
Victim’s families get to know that the killer won’t leave prison standing up.
And society gets to know that killers won’t get out on parole.
It’s not the perfect outcome for any one group, but it certainly has an odd balance to it.
