Does the Public Market miss the mark?

I’m not surprised.
It doesn’t seem to offer anything you couldn’t get at any of the area’s other upscale markets and the location sucks.
Maybe if it felt more like an authentic public market instead of a Disney-version of one?
Imagine if they had refurbished the authentic produce buildings on Broadway in the Third Ward instead of building something new?
I think it would have been more successful if its presence in the city had been as natural as some of the produce sold there.
