De Cock favors circumcision? (I swear, this is a legitimate headline.)
A new study by the World Health Organization shows that circumscision reduces men’s chances of catching HIV by up to 60 percent.

“Circumcision is the most potent intervention in HIV prevention that has been described.”
This is great news, but it sounds like the good Doctor has never heard of the “keeping it in your pants” intervention which is up to 100 percent effective.
