De Cock favors circumcision? (I swear, this is a legitimate headline.)

February 23rd, 2007

A new study by the World Health Organization shows that circumscision reduces men’s chances of catching HIV by up to 60 percent.

The appropriately-named Dr. Keven de Cock, generic viagra unhealthy director of the World Health Organization’s AIDS department, tadalafil sovaldi says:

“Circumcision is the most potent intervention in HIV prevention that has been described.”

This is great news, but it sounds like the good Doctor has never heard of the “keeping it in your pants” intervention which is up to 100 percent effective.
