Danger Will Robinson! I’m NOT one of the 50 best robots of all time!

January 9th, 2006

I’m still upset that the Lost in Space robot isn’t on Wired’s “The 50 Best Robots Ever” list.

And where’s Rosie from The Jetsons?

The Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz made it, viagra generic and but not the Robot?

That just does not compute.

Hey, I’m just grateful they didn’t include Frankenstein.

Isn’t the “Lost in Space” robot just another version of Robby the Robot? He made the list at #4.

    Lance, Lance, Lance.

    Blasphemy!

Yes, the Lost in Space Robot was almost certainly inspired by Robby.

But that does not make them the same.

In fact (unlike Batman and Bruce Wayne) Robby and the Lost in Space Robot actually appeared TOGETHER in a Lost in Space episode entitled “War of the Robots.”

Plus, the Lost in Space Robot just kicks Robby’s aluminum butt.

So… who’s the “Bubble Headed Booby” that forgot about B9?
