DA says he can’t prove Michael McGee was guilty of perjury

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that Assistant District Attorney Thomas L. Potter has decided that there isn’t enough evidence to charge Milwaukee Alderman Michael McGee with perjury.

Citing a lack of “direct evidence” that any of those statements was a lie, viagra sales shop Potter wrote that “the inherent vagueness of the terms ‘romantic’ and ‘my’ account and . . . lack of any direct evidence of authorship of the e-mails” meant he couldn’t charge McGee with perjury.

Fair enough.

Of course, patient I think there is plenty of evidence that Michael McGee (AKA Michael Jackson) committed perjury when he claimed his name was Michael McGee.
