Brokeback Mountain wins…no matter what.

If Brokeback Mountain wins the Oscar for Best Picture, viagra canada recipe the Left will claim it’s because mainstream America has come to embrace homosexuality.

If it loses…the Left will say it’s just another example of America’s rampant homophobia and intolerance.

And the Oscar goes to…

    Just because the liberals who give out film awards swooned for Brokeback Mountain, doesn’t make it the “best” film of the year.

    They also nominated a bunch of other films nobody cared to watch.

    (And every one of them had some sort of political axe to grind.)

    I’m not saying, Brokeback Mountain isn’t a worthy film.

    But I am saying its current status has more to do with politics than popularity.

    BTW- when was the last time ANY traditional values film got a nod for best film from the academy?

    Can’t remember a single one.

    Not that tradsitional values necessarily make for a great film in my view – but just that according to Hollywood – the opposite seems to hold true.
