Another blow for Milwaukee’s black community?

April 15th, 2006

The two bodies found in the McGovern Park lagoon Friday night are almost certainly Quadrevion Henning, buy viagra site 12, viagra generic and Purvis Virginia Parker, 11, who disappeared March 19.

I hope the families and the community find the strength to weather this tragic loss.

F-ck F-ck F-ck I was really hoping they would pop up but after all this time I was afraid it would end like this.

Weak as it sounds at least the family has some form of closure it still sucks but at least they know.

I disagree on one thing, this isn’t a blow for the black community, it is a blow to the entire community. This case has proven that some things in Milwaukee can be a non racial issue. I find it disturbing that some “leaders” are trying to tie this tragic incident into the Jude beating trial.

I agree, Patrick. I don’t think the two incidents are related. And it is a blow to all of Milwaukee.

I do think the timing just sucked though.

And I know how you feel, Chris. I was sort of hoping they were pulling a Huck Finn/Tom Sawyer thing.

I was going to say what Patrick said, but he already said it. So, not I’m reduced to the lowly position of, “I agree. Nothing further.” No ingenuity from me.

Definitely sucks. I hope it was just an accident with no foul play. It’s also good to see the national media finally picked up on a story that involved missing children that weren’t female, white, and blonde.

Hey- What’s wrong with female, white & blonde?

Seriously – I know what you mean, but I had to go there since that’s what I see everytime I look in a mirror.
