And while he makes a number of valid points, viagra sales pharmacy I have to say, I can’t imagine that anything you could do while sitting at a desk is worthy of a million dollar bonus.

Well, there are some things, like this, that are worth millions.

My understanding is that the “bonus” part is a bit misleading, as the million dollars actually represents everything he was earning for the year, short the $1 he took in salary.

Yeah, Dave, I wasn’t sure how to put it. But since they compensation has been called “bonuses” for a while now, I decided to stick with that.

So, once again, you’re being sensastionalist.

Live by the sword. Go broke by the sword.

If the shareholders want to go out of pocket to fulfill these bogus bonus contracts let them. Just not with our money.

Perhaps a more appropriate word than “bonus” is “Compensation”, because that’s what it really was.

Call it Fred Finklestein, it’s still the same thing and still legal and still appropriate as a tool to retain talent that can turn AIG around so that the tax payers can get out loaned bailout money back.

Compensation for what? Screwing up the economy or for not squealing on the CEOs that did?

“Compensation for what? Screwing up the economy or for not squealing on the CEOs that did?”

For sticking around and taking on the hard job of turning AIG Financial Products around.

Look, the bailout money that AIG received was loans. We can all get our money back if they turn things around!!!

But have it your way and keep kicking them and see what happens. At least YOU will feel better.
