ADVISE without consent?

I guess it’s up to me to point out that neither blogs nor emails are “private.”
Blogs are explicitly in the public sphere.
And all non-encrypted emails are stored on multiple servers between the sender and recipient.
While I think there should be a higher degree of privacy assigned to email communications, the technical and practical truth of the matter is that they are not currently “private.”
