ADVISE without consent?

Critics fear that ADVISE, viagra sildenafil a Homeland Security data-mining project, view might intrude on the privacy rights of U.S. citizens by trolling their e-mails and blogs.

I guess it’s up to me to point out that neither blogs nor emails are “private.”

Blogs are explicitly in the public sphere.

And all non-encrypted emails are stored on multiple servers between the sender and recipient.

While I think there should be a higher degree of privacy assigned to email communications, the technical and practical truth of the matter is that they are not currently “private.”
