A word of advice for the new bloggers on the block

September 5th, 2007

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has another new blog. (This one is from their new investigative reporting team.)

I’m interested in seeing where they go with it, generic viagra viagra but their introductory post was a little unwieldy so I thought I’d pass on to them the best advice I ever got about blogging: “The longer your posts, viagra canada the less likely anyone is to read them.”

(Unless, you’re freaking brilliant like John McAdams or Rick Esenberg. Then you get a little more slack. ;)

I hope all the blogs meet the approval of the spouses involved… ;-P

I’ll cut them a little slack, since it was their introductory “get it all our on the table” post… but this line made me chuckle:

“Raquel Rutledge…had two boys and returned to Wisconsin in 2004 in search of grandparents, plentiful water, and an ambitious newspaper.”

Well, she’s working for the Journal/Sentinel. She was so close. At least the car’s got somewhere to go when it pulls out of the garage every morning.
